Due to COVID-19, we have had a lock-down of various degrees of severity since early/mid-March. The Met has been putting out one opera per evening since then, access to which is free.
As I write this (August 8), I realized that I have not been too keen to see them. Live performances are just a lot more appealing, evidently.
